What our customers say.

• “We hired Finish Concepts to repaint our entire house in Brecksville, it was a huge job and we are extremely pleased with final result! Doug the owner communicated really well through the entire process. He provided a color consultant who was a huge help to finalize the colors and took a lot of that stress off us. The team of painters worked very hard and kept all areas cleaned up well during the whole process. We were very surprised at the end that we have yet to find any areas that need touched up or fixed! I would highly recommend Doug and his team for anyone looking for quality painters!”

• “We recently purchased a 2-story fixer-upper in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. After receiving 4 bids to paint our 3000sf home, we selected Finish Concepts. They were not the lowest bidder, but had the most complete proposal and great references. They were also the only bidder that was able to provide a dry-waller to repair our “rough” garage. Not having to search for a separate company to do our drywall repair, and the subsequent coordination that would be required, was a major value-add to us. Doug, the owner of Finish Concepts, takes a consultative approach to his projects. He made a number of recommendations before starting the project and during the project. His ideas were so spot-on we accepted all of them. Doug was always available throughout the project to answer questions and address issues that always arise during a large project like ours. I have had 4 homes painted during my lifetime, and this was the best results we’ve ever seen. I highly recommend Doug and the entire team at Finish Concepts!”

• “I cannot say enough about how pleased I am that I contacted Doug at Finish Concepts Pro Painting. The quality and total professionalism of his crew is outstanding. I had my kitchen cabinets redone as well as my entire kitchen and living room painted . The painters showed up on time at 9am and left each day by 4 with everything 100% cleaned up including wiping down counters and vacuuming. The quality of work is outstanding and it only took them 3 days do the entire job. Trust is a very huge Factor when inviting someone into your home. I would trust and recommend Finish Concepts to anyone that's looking for a high-quality painting team that does not break the bank. His prices are very fair and reasonable. Bottom line if you need a painter just call Doug it's simple and you'll be glad you did.”

• “Finish Concepts painted most of the inside of my house. There were many repairs to the walls and trim that needed to be done due to every day life with a couple of dogs. The house looks amazing now! I may never want to move. The crew was professional and dependable. And all the dust and debris related to painting was cleaned up at the end of the job. I will not hesitate to recommend Finish Concepts and to use them again. Thanks for a great job!”

• “We had the majority of our interior painted, including removal of wallpaper in 3 bathrooms and touchup of some woodwork. Doug's initial visit and follow up was very professional and the crew (Ed and Carlos) were pleasant and hardworking, receptive to special requests and very meticulous about making sure everything was just right. They cleaned up well every day and at the end of the job. We were very pleased and will use Finish Concepts in the future.”

Finish Concepts gets the job done right the first time, in a timely manner. That is why we trust Finish Concepts for our properties and why we highly recommend them.”

• “Doug and his crew did a great job painting our home! Doug also stained all of our woodwork and it really tide everything together nicely! We had our entire main floor of our colonial painted including all the doors and the stairwell going to the bedrooms and all the bedroom doors. We were having trouble picking out paint colors and Doug hooked us up with a decorator from Sherwin Williams and she was able to help coordinate all the colors for our home. She was amazing at helping us pick all of our paint colors and blending everything together! Doug and his crew were very professional and I would highly recommend Finish Concepts for all your painting needs.”

• “We recently had Finish Concepts Pro Painting complete work in 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. They painted ceilings and walls in all rooms and cabinets in both bathrooms. They were professional, completed the job in the estimated timeframe, provided additional drywall repair, hung hardware back in bathrooms, and did a fine job of cleaning up. Doug provided a professional quote and insurance verification, he got all the paint according to my color choices and arranged all the workers. Jack did the drywall, Johnny, Ed and Carlos did the painting. We were very happy with the results. I felt the cost was reasonable. I would hire them again for my next project.”

• “So pleased with the exterior painting of our house and fence. Doug and his workers were extremely friendly and did an excellent job. Doug had great communication and helped us pick the correct color to match our house.”
