Lakewood, Ohio

Yoga for every body.

Even yours.

Sixty-two classes a week on Madison Avenue, seven days a week. Your first one is five dollars.

The studio

Come as you are.

We're the storefront on Madison where beginners, regulars and people who were sure yoga wasn't for them practise in the same room. Wood floor, tin ceiling, bay windows, a wall of loaner mats.

You don't need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. You need an hour.

What we teach

Whatever kind of day you're having.

There's a class for it, and every one of them has beginners in it.

An independent, veteran-owned studio where everyone is welcome — which is the plain reason “every body” is a description here and not a slogan.

What's on

This week and the next few.

Ours here on Madison, and the ones worth the drive downtown. Anything past its date takes itself down.

Something worth pinning up? Tell us at the desk.

Fifteen minutes east

The other half of your practice.

Same teachers, a different room. The Studio Cleveland has the ceiling height for aerial silks, the reformers for Pilates, an infrared sauna and massage — the things a storefront on Madison can't hold.

Your teacher here probably teaches there too.

Who's teaching

The people who'll know your name by week two.

Fifteen teachers between them cover every hour we're open. What each of them teaches is read straight off the schedule.
